Return and Refund
We offer two types of returns
A. Regular Returns:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed based on the regular price of the returned item. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!
To start a return, just drop us a line at snowingwest@gmail.com. Remember, all returns must be pre-approved before you send them back.
If we approve your return, you'll be responsible for shipping costs. The items are yours until they safely arrive back to us. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

B. Damaged/Wrong Item Returns:
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damaged items after 7 days.
Once we confirm the damage or error, we'll send you a return label to ship the item back to us.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items just can't be returned, such as custom products or personalized items. Final sale items are also non-returnable. Have questions about a specific item? Get in touch with us!
Exchanges
Sorry, we don’t accept exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Keep in mind it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
